Terms of Service

1. What CineMix Studio does

CineMix Studio turns a text prompt into a short (roughly 4–5 second) cinematic video clip you can download and share to platforms like TikTok and Instagram. One generation produces one complete video.

We make no promise of long-form generation, multi-scene editing, or any specific creative outcome. Generated results vary and are produced by automated AI models.

2. Your account

Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent credit limits.

3. Credits and plans

Generation is metered in monthly credits. The current allowances are:

• Free — 3 AI videos per month, with a CineMix watermark.
• Pro — 50 AI videos per month, watermark-free, commercial license included.
• Studio — 200 AI videos per month, watermark-free, commercial license included.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (LemonSqueezy), who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Credit allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. If a generation fails after a credit is deducted, that credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CineMix Studio to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or depicts real people without consent.
• Impersonates others or is intended to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its AI providers.

6. Your content and licensing

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the videos you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. On the Free plan, videos are delivered with a CineMix watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use. On Pro and Studio plans, videos are watermark-free and include a commercial-use license.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content solely to operate the service. We do not sell your generated videos.

7. AI providers and accuracy

Videos are produced by third-party AI models or, in some environments, by a local simulated provider. Output may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing any video before publishing it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineMix Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
