• Account details — your email address and authentication identifiers, managed by our identity provider (Clerk).
• Generation data — the prompts you submit and the videos generated from them.
• Usage data — credit balance, plan, generation history, and basic activity logs.
• Billing data — handled by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy); we receive your plan and payment status, not your full card details.

2. How we use your information

• To generate, store, and deliver your videos.
• To enforce credit limits and your plan's entitlements.
• To provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

3. Third-party providers

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to run the service. Your data is shared with them only as needed:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• LemonSqueezy — subscription billing as merchant of record.
• AI model providers — your prompt is sent to the model that generates your video. In development environments a local simulated provider is used instead.
• Cloud storage and hosting — to store generated videos and serve the application.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and generated videos for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time, after which we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material breaches where required.

8. Children

CineMix Studio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
